- Catastrophic Bleed Management: Gain knowledge and practical skills in catastrophic bleed management using haemostatic dressings and Tourniquets.
- Managing Common Injuries: Gain practical skills in bleeding control, wound management, bandaging, and splinting fractures and dislocations.
- Environmental Emergencies: Learn to recognise and treat conditions such as hypothermia, frostbite, heat exhaustion, altitude sickness, and bites and stings specific to the UK.
- Medical Problems in the Wilderness: Understand how to handle allergies, anaphylaxis, asthma, cardiac issues, and gastrointestinal problems in remote settings.
- Improvised Techniques and Evacuation: Discover how to use available materials for improvised splints and stretchers, and learn safe patient moving techniques and evacuation planning.
