1. Bookings

1.1 Methods of Booking:

• Bookings can be made online through our booking system, by email, letter, or over the phone.
• Telephone bookings must be confirmed in writing upon request.

1.2 Provisional Bookings:

• A provisional booking may be held temporarily, pending payment as outlined in section 3. However, full booking confirmation is only secured upon payment.

2. Payment Terms

2.1 Payment Requirements:

• Payment in full is required to secure a booking unless otherwise agreed.
• Payments are made through our online booking system using PayPal, Bank Transfer, or alternative methods upon request.
• Gift cards purchased are non-refundable or exchangeable for cash.
• Online payments are processed through Stripe or PayPal, subject to their respective terms and conditions.

3. Transfers

3.1 Transfer Charges:

• Charges for transfers depend on the notice given:
  • First transfer, made more than 4 weeks before the booking start date – no charges incurred.
  • Two to four weeks’ notice given – 25% of the booking fee.
  • Less than 2 weeks’ notice given – 50% of the booking fee.
• All transfers must be taken within a 6-month period where an option is available.

4. Cancellations

4.1 Cancellation Charges:

• Charges for cancellations depend on the notice given:
  • More than six weeks prior to the course start date – No charge.
  • Four – Six weeks’ notice given – 50% of the booking fee.
  • Less than four weeks prior to the course – 100% of the booking fee.
• Cancellation must be made in writing via email using info@andys-courses.co.uk by the due date.
• No refund will be provided for transfers agreed upon due to course cancellations.

5. Refunds

5.1 Refund Process:

• All refunds will be issued through the original payment method and may take up to 14 days.
• If the original transaction was through PayPal, refunds are subject to PayPal’s terms and conditions.
• Refunds processed through Stripe are subject to Stripe’s terms and conditions.
• Refunds are non-transferable.

6. Non-Attendance

6.1 Non-Attendance Policy:

• If you do not attend the course without prior notification, the full course fee remains non-refundable.

7. Late Arrivals / Missed Sessions

7.1 Late Arrivals / Missed Sessions:

• If you arrive late or miss any session, we reserve the right to refuse further training if insufficient knowledge or skills can be gained. In such cases, the full course fee remains payable or non-refundable.

8. Pre-Course Registrations / Pre Requisites

8.1 Pre-Course Registrations / Prerequisites:

• Fees for pre-course registrations or prerequisites are not covered in any course fees.
• Candidates must have a valid registration (where required) to present for assessment courses.
• No refunds will be given for candidates arriving without a valid registration or correct prerequisites.

9. Certification

9.1 Certification Criteria:

• Certificates will be issued upon successful completion of training/assessment tasks relevant to the awarding organization.
• Certificate issuance may be delayed up to 28 days following course verification checks when required.

10. E-Learning Courses and Distance Learning Courses

10.1 Access and Technical Requirements:

• Participants in E-Learning Courses will be provided access to course materials via our online platform.
• Distance Learning Courses involve the remote provision of course materials and support through various communication channels.
• Technical requirements for E-Learning Courses must be met by participants to access course materials.

10.2 Assessment:

• Assessment methods for E-Learning and Distance Learning Courses may include online quizzes, assignments, or remote examinations, as specified in each course description.

10.3 Refund Policy for E-Learning Courses:

• All fees paid for E-Learning Courses are non-refundable. Once access to the online course materials has been provided, refunds will not be issued.

11. Unforeseen Circumstances

11.1 Unforeseen Changes :

• In unforeseen circumstances we may need to change a venue or Cancel a course, participants will be:
  • Offered a free transfer to another date.

12. Gift Cards

12.1 Gift Card Terms:

• All Gift Cards are non-refundable or exchangeable for cash.
• Gift Cards can only be redeemed by booking courses through our website www.andys-courses.co.uk.

13. Changes to Fees and Terms

Andys Courses reserves the right to change course fees and terms and conditions at any time.
